26/02/2012, Sunday, as early as 8am, me and EH made a move to DEMC for our Antenatal class. Breakfast's provided. After registration, the class begin. For morning sessions, we have talks on nutritions, stages of labours, epidurals & other pain relieves, and vaccinations for babies.
Right before lunch, we have labour room and wards tour. So, jadik ek Orchid Suite ye Abang? ;p
After lunch, we continued with breastfeeding talk which I found it very informative an interesting. Then, post natal and last but not least breathing technique during labour. The exercise was fun and we enjoyed it really much.
Overall it's a good class but personally I think if the class can be extend to two days, it would be better :)
p/s: Persona masuk ward, Kelisa pun tetiba sakit sebelah kaki (kena tukar tayar). Huhuhu...
p/s 2: Baby sgt active berdansa. Mama n baby nyer hospital bag nearly complete. Bilalah nak letak dlm kereta ni...
